The National Federation of Leather and Shoes acts in concert with employer's federations in order to create a consensus of progress and development of the sector.
The Employer's federations are the following:
- The National Trade Employer's federation of Rawhides Collectors.
- The National Industrial Employer's Federation of Tanneries
- The National Industrial Employer's Federation of Fine leather goods and Gloves,
- The National Industrial Employer's federation of Shoe Exporters
- The National Trade Employer's federation of Shoe Retailers
ACTIONS:
- Harmonization of sector's different fields of activity
- Information and popularization of new regulations and their implementation
- Making sector's operators sensitive to different environment constraints
- Establishing contacts between Tunisian operators and foreign professionals
- Assisting Tunisian firms in technical and social negotiations
- Framing sector's firms during fairs and specialized exhibitions
- Planning training periods for sector's firms executive staff
