May 22/1 Near Belgrade in Serbia there is a a leather factory with the capacity of approximately 10.000 m2/month of every type of leather. The factory is not in function since 2005, because nobody in the owner's family want to make this type of business. The owner wants to sell or give in rent the factory to somebody who want organize the production. The highest quality of raw material is available in Serbia. Labour work in Serbia is less expensive then in many other countries. The factory is approximately 2.500 m2, with machinery imported in 1994 from Italy and the ground around the factory is approximately 8.500 m2. The factory can also be organized for the production and export of finished products(shoes,bags,...) to Russia, because there are no custom duties between Serbia and Russia.
