Ensure L1 and L2 technical and retailing IT system support for existing store on application level,
Responsible for provide technical support of applications for stores users,
- Cooperate with centralized J2EE platform IT teams for projects around China Retail;
- Guarantee the high availability of platform,
- Lead the SLA management in the responsible domain and the regular synergy meeting with global customers,
- Cooperate with our international headquarters for retailing IT system exploitation and projects by representing China Retail Business requirements;
- Cooperate with other China IT members for china-wide store opening and support
