PRODUCTION CONTROL AND PLANNING

Scaling the control of the consumption of materials by sizing -The issuing of production orders with shoe designs (optional) - Monitoring of production orders by sector, indicating the volume produced - Control of individualized cutting performance per cutter, indicating loss, profit and productivity - Comparison between forecast and outcome of each model with regards to materials consumed totalling data every month - Chart for following third parties with totals of accounts payable, and analytical reports for conferences.
