Experience: 10 years background in a similar senior position, preferable from within a fast paced fashion environment.
Education: High School and above.

Job Duties: As a QA manager you will be in charge of the coaching and training of the QA team in our team. You will be a relay of management for the boss and expected to provide strong support in team management and technical expertise. This position requires a will and a potential to embrace and drive change.
1/ QA team management Manage the QA team including: Training and Coaching Performance review assistance Function assignment Help the Office manager to implement and drive changes within and with the team
2/ Technical QA and pre-production Perform and train the team on extreme sizing, die cut opening, pre-production approval Help the commercialization team with sample approval Help the commercialization team with tooling management locally
3/ Vendor’s improvement and Management Give structured and objective feedback on current and new suppliers Responsible with your team to manage and improve suppliers in the below aspect: Production management Mold Control Supply chain management Quality management Participate in the strategic souring plan and help the research and assessment part of the sourcing.
4/ Production follow up Be the eyes of the sourcing office in the factory with your team and provide timely feedback on potential production delays
