CB 441 Extra heavy duty, cylinder bed leather stitching machine Sews saddle and harness better than any other stitcher built today.

APPLICATION:

This machine has become the standard in the saddle and harness industry. It has been widely used for stitching bullet loops, saddle skirts, headstalls, halters, breast collars, holsters, knife sheaths, chaps, knee pads, covered stirrups, gun belts, cases and other leather craft.  The machine can also be used to stitch luggage, suitcases, heavy hand bags, heavy textile products, briefcases, and the like.

FEATURES:

1. This machine has outstanding capability in feeding multi-layers of heavy materials due to its compound feed mechanism. The compound feed mechanism of this machine features a feed dog, walking foot, and needle feed that all work in unison to insure feeding of the most difficult materials with ease. The CB-441 allows one to sew from 4 layers of 16 oz. harness leather down to thin chap material without needing to excessively adjust the sewing machine tensions.

2. The length of the arm on this machine is 420mm (16.5 inches), suitable for stitching very large articles.

3. The presser foot lift is up to 23mm (7/8°±) for smooth placement/removal of extra heavy materials.

4. The machine also features a reverse stitch for tying stitches when you start and stop or for any reinforcement in your project.

5. Special flatbed table top attachment available that allows the cylinder arm sewing surface to be converted to a flat sewing surface to allow for better stitching with certain types of work.

6. 12 inch power fly wheel is available to create more torque for very heavy work. This flywheel is the largest flywheel of its kind.

7. Revolutionary and exclusive new titanium coated shuttle hook, hook cover, shuttle race and body ensure reduced wear and prolonged life for these critical and expensive sewing machine components. This system will double the life of these parts, making costly replacements of these parts a thing of the past.

8. A full array of attachments is available for this machine, including many different styles of presser feet, material guides, stirrup plate, and the like.
